Just wanted to hear some opinions or exp. from people who already submitted - the common cons off applying twice in 2 different programs is that we might be taking a spot away from another possibly eligibly candidate, we might lose fees for the 2nd Appl. if first one is approved- what else? Can that person get penalized for the above reasons by IRCC?
