My father is sponsoring my study expenses, and he has funds in multiple bank accounts and in invested certificates.
will it be correct for the Visa application?

Secondly the tuition fees i have to pay for Admission confirmation – is omitted from the same bank account?
Finally, what amount is enough and how many time period of bank statements is required

Only personal bank statements are considered. You show $21k plus first year tuition. If father providing his statements he wants to show more in the bank then that to support himself and other family members. 4 months of statements.
