Hi, what should I enter in MSP enrolment as my first name and last name ?
My COPR has only my family name and my passport only has my given name.
Both are required fields when applying online for MSP.
Thankyou

In your case,

Family name = Last name
Given name = First name

Thanks for replying, but I only have a Given name in my official documents with no last name.
Last name- required ( none on my official documents)
First name/given name- MY NAME

Do I repeat my name twice in such case ?

Yes you repeat them.
In many Government applications I’ve seen the first name & family name the same .
It’s not unusual.

But COPR is also an official document. Unless your COPR is forged? If not, you should ask IRCC for a correction.

It isn’t forged, it is official, I received it in hand from the immigration officer.
Since I only have a given name and no last name, my name was entered as last name in COPR as per Canadian immigration standards.

So in your first post, you said: COPR has only your family name. Your family name was entered as last name in COPR as per Canadian immigration standards.

I have already found the answer I was looking for, thanks for trying.
