Good morning everyone,
I moved to Bc about 2 years ago under work permit and I just obtained my residency this past weekend.
I always thought I could apply for medical coverage in Bc only as a permanent resident, completely missing out on the fact i only needed a general resident top be eligible.
Now that, for the first time I am filling out the MSP application form, I am not sure which date of arrival to put on my application, as I was told I might be charged also for the past 2 years I was in the country even though I was never in need of such a service.
What should I do?
