u should improve ur ielts scores most universities need 6.5+

some colleges accept 6 bands...for pg diploma courses..

So with my two years of b.com and two years of mba, should I select PGD? Is this would be the right choice?

no it wont be the right choice if ur grades r good to get u into an university then u should improve ur IELTS and apply to a university. Masters is far better choice than PG diploma.
