MS in Canada after MSc in UK in Civil Eng. Will I face any Visa Problems?

My name is Nitin have done MSc in civil engineering from uk now hoping to do MS in canada cause UK one year degree is not valid in India anymore. So can anyone pls tell me will there be any problem for me while Visa processing.
