Hi folks

I was wondering if anyone could give a rough outline about how realistic it would be for me and my wife to move to Canada.I was diagnosed with ms a few years ago and I’m currently on medication for it my wife works in tech.Im currently reskilling into tech myself.Im irish and she is Brazilian.

It's really hard to say. It depends on the severity of your MS. You will need to pass a medica as part of the process. If IRCC feels your condition may create a burden on the health care system in the next 5-10 years, you may be refused. But very hard to say. It's very individual and really depends on how well your illness is being managed at this time.

Have you calculated how many points you have under Express Entry to determine your chances of being selected for PR? Assuming that's what you've been considering as a means of migrating.
 
Canada also doesn’t have a national pharmacare program so your medication costs may need to be paid out of pocket unless you have a job with extended benefit plan.
