Hello,

Kindly please let me know, whether we need to convert all the PDF forms to word file, while applying for SINP?
Since, the PDF forms are not fillable.
I am confused how to proceed with it?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are 2 forms which require the information of representative to be included if you have one.
I asked my representative to help me out with it.
the answer he gave me was that we have our contract with you only for express entry & not for separate PNP programs.
In express entry the next step is to get a PNP nomination, these forms are utilized then too.
I tried explaining him that I am just preparing my documents so that whenever SINP opens up I donot have to rush for docs.
He still REFUSED :o to help us.

IT is clearly stated in the form that if you have a representative do disclose it, or else it will be considered a fraud for misrepresentation of information. :-[ :-X

KINDLY PLEASE HELP WHAT DO I DO NOW?
MY CRS SCORE IS 438
MY NOC CODE IS 1212

THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE :)

1. PDF is better. Print out the form, fill, sign, scan and upload. Alternative is to fill on the computer with adobe pro or Nitro pdf, then print, sign, scan and upload (if you have - it looks neater but makes no material difference to your application).

2. The fact that you have a representative for EE, does not mean you have a representative for SINP. They are 2 different applications. IMHO, you can safely apply to SINP without your representative. I have been involved in a similar case where my rep was reluctant to assist with PN applicaitons - only EE. However, in my own case, i sacked the rep completely.

Good luck
