I believe you can. But the thing is, Manitoba still have their own point system. The cut off score for ecery draw is about 560. A friend in Manitoba only adds a few points.

No, you are not eligible for MPNP-SWO program without connection.

Hello,
My CRS score comes around 549 under MPNP-SWO but still waiting to submit EOI and confused whether will it be picked or not.
kindly suggest what to do..??
