MPNP qualification

I am a potential immigrant for MPNP and I have submitted an EOI and gotten total points of over 350 but I realised that I would need the 500 points from Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
How do I go about that, please?

Strategic initiatives are few and far between.
Sometimes the MPNP will advertise that they are doing a recruitment mission to another country to seek those in a specific occupation, this would fall under a strategic initiative. In the past couple of years they have visited Buenos Aires and Germany.
They don't seem to do this often.

There is also a strategic recruitment option if you want to live and work in the city of Morden. To qualify for this you would need to have no other connections to anywhere else in Canada. You can find the other eligibility factors at www.mordenimmigration.com
