Hi i have applied for pr in manitoba from july 2014 with blood sponsorship. But i did not receive approval or other letter yet. My ielts validity has expired. Now my status is showing that Assessment pending. Anybody can tell me how much time take for it. And i need again ielts test or not ? Thanks
