MPNP- Paper based pr application vs online application

I just got a LOA from MPNP but i am confused should i apply paper based application or online application few of my friends applied 6 months ago online and haven’t gotten any update so please help me out here. Thank you

online is new portal and alomst no one received AOR from it to date, rare cases are there although, however paper based are currently recieve AOR from AR applicants from Jan, Feb, and most recently started March all 2021 , so we are talking about 11 to 12 months wait for paper based applications now adays, so as of now almost both seems to be the same, we dont knw yet if processing for online applications will be faster or not, we will have to wait and see.
