MPNP paper-based application in CIC stage, inland, layoff after passed medical exam

Hi friends,

I am MPNP inland applicant and this is my timeline:

APPLIED: 2017-September
AOR: 2017-November
PRE-ARRIVAL LETTER: 2018-April
MEDICAL REQUEST: 2018-June
MEDICAL PASSED: 2018-July

Now I want to quit my job but I wonder if it affect my PR application. I still have my close work permit until 2020 but since I have close work permit, it will be difficult for me to find a job within couple of months. I asked MPNP they responded that I have to keep my job to be eligible for MPNP nomination but I asked my friends who got PR from MPNP and they told me that MPNP will not ask again about the job. I am so confusing, does anybody have any idea about this matter.

you should adhere to the restrictions of your nomination. Read what the nomination letter says and that will give you the answer.
