1) Is this stream available to anybody?
2) What do I need to write in the e-mail I send? (I don't need a detailed description or an explanation, just a general one will suffice)
3) If I end up visiting Manitoba, do I need to end up with a job offer after my visit in order to get a provincial nomination?

If anyone can answer these questions, that'd be great!

This program is specifically for French speaking candidates,

Hello..Which has to be done first, EOI or Exploratory Visit? Thank you! :)

I think if you have no connection to manitoba then you should eligible for EV. You can creat your EOI an any time but it is impossible to submit without any connection to manitoba. So first EV is important thouse have no connection.

All applicants to the MPNP who are applying as Skilled Workers Overseas must demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba either through the support of family members or friends, through previous education or work experience in the province or through an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

Adaptability points are calculated based on the type of connection you have to Manitoba. All candidates must have at least one type of connection to our province (Regional Development is considered a supplemental connection factor; points can only be awarded in combination with a Manitoba connection). You cannot be awarded points for more than one connection factor, you will only be scored based on your connection which gives you the highest score. Supplemental points for Regional Development cannot be awarded to candidates whose connection to Manitoba is based on Manitoba Demand. All candidates indicating that they plan to settle outside of Winnipeg MUST at the time of application satisfactorily demonstrate that they have a convincing connection to a region outside of the capital city indicating a strong likelihood that they will make a long-term economic contribution to that region.

HELLO PEEPS,

I had created an EOI under the Manitoba scheme last year and it would expire by May 2016. Do i wait till it expires before i put in for the exploratory visit or can i just go ahead and send an email? Also, what are the contents of the email?
Your urgent response is needed.

Thank you
