Under Factor 6: Risk Assessment of the MPNP Ranking Points Grid, there is a criterion stating that "Work experience in another province" results in a deduction of 100 points if answered "Yes."

Does this work experience need to be full-time to count?
If the experience was gained through part-time work while studying in another province, would it still be considered?
Is there a specific minimum duration of work experience required for this criterion to apply?

Any experience outside the province has points deducted. Same for education.

So you studied and worked outside Manitoba and in another province? If so deduct 200 points. Any work outside province then you deduct 100 points.
