MPNP Completed post-secondary in Manitoba Draw

Completed post secondary in Manitoba draw says Profiles declaring that the applicant or their spouse have completed post-secondary education in Manitoba were considered. However, when creating my EOI profile, I didn’t see an option to declare that my spouse has completed post-secondary in Manitoba.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
