MPNP - close or distant relative?

Hello friends. I have a query regarding MPNP skilled worker overseas stream.

How many points I would be allotted if my cousin chacha (my father's mama's - maternal uncle's son) nominates me for MPNP? 50 or 200?

A bit more clarification - he is my father's second cousin & my cousin uncle (Chacha)
