MPNP application

Hi,

The deadline of application for MPNP(Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) will be on July 31,2014. The application will be online. All of my requirements are ready except for the IELTS examination result. I will have the exam on August 2,2014 and the results will be after 13days probably will be released on August 15,2014.
Can I submit all of my requirements thru MPNP on-line appilcation and having a "letter" stating that my IELTS results will be to follow? Supporting documents regarding this examination date will be attached. After getting the IELTS results, I will update my submitted application. Is it possible?

Hi, you need to upload your IELTS result to be able to submit the online application. You won't be able to proceed with the submission if there is any missing document.

Morever, you also need the IELTS result to determine your points for language proficiency which is needed for your Self-Assessment Form, a document that you also need to upload with your application. Sorry.

But it is worth to send Mpnp an email to confirm if there is another way around it. Goodluck!
