You're welcomefragileheart!

Yes, thats my advise. As you can see in the timelines of everyone, it takes at least 2-3 months after CIC receives your application package before they'll issue the AOR and "start" processing your application.

About your new question, my answer is this... if I am in your shoes, I will write any amount above the MPNP required minimum settlement funds which is CAD 10K + CAD 2K/dependent. Coz if I mention to CIC that its lower than that, I believe that it will cause a red flag if they notice it. CIC, like the MPNP, expects us to have at least the minimum required funds in our bank accounts. But if you dont have a chance to put the funds back to you account, then there's only two possible and risky scenarios left:

1. wait till you have the required funds in your account keeping in mind that your nomination is only valid for 6 months. Though some have requested MPNP to extend its validity (under a very rare circumstance) and have been granted... but what if they'll not accept your reason if you will ask an extension?
2. or you submit your application and mention the minimum required amount in your bank account even if the said amount isnt there at all, anymore. Who knows CIC might not ask you to send an updated SOA. As you know they dont normally request for it.

As ive said, both scenarios are risky, so in the end weigh your options and ask for GOD's guidance.

GOD bless!

Thank you so much again Kuya!

You don't know how much you're helping me right now. It lessen my burden & worries because of options & advises that you're giving me.
Anyway I don't see any Ratings comment on left side only your Status & Summary.

Kuya can you please help me also on my other post, you can reply on it also about necessary documents to be included in CIC Application like school or work certificates & experience or etc. So I can have your complete guidance before I submit my application to CIC.

Really appreciated! You're really a blessing also all forumers here! ^_^

Have a nice day ahead!

Hi fragileheart!

When you submit your application to CIC, an updated bank SOA is not one of the required documents. Though in one of the forms you'll be asked about how much money you have. So dont worry. Submit your application ASAP. However, if you can put back the MPNP required amount in your bank account, then do it coz we never know if CIC will ask for it, though its very seldom. According to some people, CIC will only ask for an updated bank SOA when you have additional dependent/s.

Just my two cents. Hope you'll get few more advises from other forumers so you can decide very soon!

Good luck and GOD bless!

Thank you so much Kuya Znafier!

By the way so you mean if I can't put back right now the required amount of MPNP, it's ok to submit my application but make sure to complete it soon during the process of my application for CIC? Because yeah you're right we'll never know it's better to make sure we're on the right track.

But Kuya what if nga po 100k na lang nasa bank account ko so ok lang na yun ang ilagay ko sa amount of money that I have?
Baka kasi maquestion or magkaron ng problema pag nakita na kulang na yung equivalent of $10k CAD in pesos. Ayoko naman pong mag-lie na ang ilagay pa rin sa amount of my money is same ng pinasa ko sa MPNP dahil baka maging cause of fraud.

Thank you to all forumers here very inspiring & helpful!

God bless Us All!
