hi there anyone can help/advice me regarding mpnp? my brother living in manitoba has permanent resident right now and his citizenship is currently on process,, now we are starting to figure it out how he can get me using this program. what makes me confuse is i don't have degree/ i didnt finish my college but I'm working in middle east for 8 years. is it possible to get the points that they need? I'm gonna take ielts exam by next week,, so after that i can continue to answer their mpnp eoi pool., but i really need someone who can guide me.. please??

There is really no confusion in MPNP. with your brother living in manitoba you will get 200 points, for education you score will be low- 0 if you have secondary education only, 70 points- for trade certificate or 1 year post secondary, you need to get a high IELTs score 7-8 band so you can get 22 or 25,for french you get maximum of 25 points, for your age you get a score the pick age is 21-45-you get a score of 75, work experience 4 years above- 75, if you are going outside winnipeg - 50 points ,if you have a close relate in another province, previous application to another province, studied in another province- -100(100 will be subtracted from you total score)

I worked in two occupations in last 5 years, Can you please advise how can i get 75 points.

I studied the duties of NOC 2133 as given on CIC weside.
1) My duties(3.0 years exp) of Electrical Equipment/System Installation are clearly falling under NOC 2133. I don't have any doubt. I know these falls under 2133.
2) My duties(Current 1.5 years exp) in telecommunication industry as RF engineer(Duties: Operation & Maintenance of Wireless telecommunication or Radio Equipment/system like BTS, ENOD B, RRH ect)), I don't know whether these will fall under NOC 2133 or not? ......
Can i apply in the same NOC 2133?
