Hi Guys,
I was wondering, after landing and receiving PR card , Can we move to Quebec for Study purpose, is it going to be a problem, or affect my future citizenship application.

I have an option for doing PhD at McGill from next September and I was thinking whether I should accept it or not.

Thanks,

Good question! I asked the same thing about moving to another province as provincial nominee PR but didn't get a clear answer

A Pr card means you can move to any province - the cards are all the same and don't list how you became a pr (eg CEC, spousal etc).
Moving to Quebec after you receive your pr isn't an issue - just make sure you don't land in Quebec as that can cause problems
