Moving to Montreal, PR application under process

Hi all,
My PR application finished 8 months, still waiting.
My current job contract going to end next month and I got a job offer from Montreal, need to join ASAP.
As per my understanding, Quebec PR rules are different from Express entry PR.

1. Should I inform CIC if I move to Montreal
2. Does my PR application face any problem?
3. Should I join the job without changing the current address until I get COPR.

Please suggest.
