Moving to Canada from USA checklist on H1b

Hi,
I am moving from New Jersey to Toronto on company transfer, need help in the checklist of things I need to do before and after the move,

• I am planning to drive my car to Toronto and load the car with some personal belongings, TV, Xbox etc, Should I bring any itemized import form for that.
• To convert my US licence to Ontario what all should I take, A two-year driving history from DMV, other than this anything else is needed
• What all must be done to do a temporary import of the car after reaching Canada.

After reaching Canda

• I need to apply for SIN other than that is anything need to be done.
