I am a US citizen. My fiance and the father of my child is from Honduras. He is being deported. He overstayed his visa and has a criminal record. He has 3 misdemeanors. 2 duis(5/5/13 & 10/13/16) and a destruction of property(10/13/16). Do we have any other options to move to Canada since five years haven't passed for him to apply for rehabilitation.

I would say practically zero chance as of now. Earliest you could try is sometime in 2022 which is 5 years after latest conviction (assuming he also completed any sentence imposed at that time) and so could try for rehabilitation request.

How would you intend to immigrate here even if he didn't have criminal convictions?

Agreed with the above. Immigrating to Canada is impossible for at least the next five years. He's currently inadmissible to Canada (meaning he's not allowed to enter Canada as a result of his criminal convictions). And as you've figured out, he doesn't qualify for rehabilitation. So there's no point even trying to apply until 5 years have passed from the time he completed the sentences or fines that he received for his offences.

Good luck.
