Moving to canada 3months beforestudy starts.

My student visa was issued on may4,2017.but my classes are going to start on sept4,2017 and i want to move to canada right now.so that i can travel and egt known to the country or people.
So please tell me if its ok and safe to fly 3months prior???

Yes - you can arrive early. You will need to make sure you can show at the border that you have additional funds to pay for the additional time you will be spending in Canada (above what you have to pay for your tuition and living expenses during your studies). Keep in mind that you cannot work until classes officially begin. So you will have to pay for everything during those three months without working.
