Hi All

I have sent all the documents and certificates to the consulate 2 weeks back as my 120 days deadline was 13 march. Now in April I am moving from US (as my 6 years term ended) and going back to India. Can you pls post the procedure to inform the consulate about it and also does the processing will be delayed as i am doing it from India.

Except the OPs application is being processed in Buffalo. To answer your question (unasked) no they won't transfer the application. The OP has to give a new mailing address to Buffalo, also s/he has to figure out how to get to the US if an interview is needed and how to get the passports to and from Buffalo if a visa is to be issued. Buffalo won't mail them out of their processing area, and it is illegal to mail/courier passports in/out of India.

I got the application confirmation number and have send all my documents . Even in this case they wont transfer visa office if we are moving from US to India as our visa expired. So in this case what should be done....
