I am currently working on a work permit in Canada. Planing to submit Express entry in a week or so. I might move out of Canada to USA by May.
I have 1 year of working experience in Canada.
What happens if I move out of Canada after I got ITA?
Will my CRS score get down as I move out of Canada ?

Or Will my CRS score stay the same and va I continue with same ITA and continue submitting documents though I am not in Canada?

Can any of you explain clearly what will happen?

ITA locks in your CRS score which is based on many factors (age, degree(s), language tests...) and country of residence doesn’t get any points. The only difference will be that you will be considered CEC Outland instead of Inland since you would have to update your new US address with IRCC.

Hope that helps

Thanks for the response.
I got my ITA by January end and thank God I am still in Canada. Due to covid situation all biometrics centres are closed and I am waiting on it to reopen. Rest all documents are submitted from my end and hoping to get PR soon

What is the difference between CEC Outland and inland?Does it affect processing time?
When you are physically present in Canada, you are considered inland and when you get approved, the process of finalizing PR is somewhat easier than when you are outside of Canada where you have to send in your passport to get a single-use visa to travel and finalize PR. So it could take longer to finalize PR in the last stage when your are Outland.

I don’t know for sure if it affects processing time in normal times, but in Covid19 time it sure did.

What is the current processing time to get the copr after document submission for inland cec
