We currently part own a business in the UK and in the process of moving to Saskatchewan. We plan to open a branch office in SK.
What is the easiest way to have these businesses run as 1 unit? From what I have read the Canadian business has to be a stand alone business which is fine, but in this case then what is the easiest way to move money between them to allow the UK arm to support the initial growth of the Canadian arm?
Also, if I am paying taxes on my earnings in the UK business and the Can business how can I avoid paying double tax on both incomes?
