Hi All,

I'm refugee claimants in Toronto, I don't have stable address in Toronto, so I provide CIC and IRPD with my friend mailling address because I trust him.

Now I find a job in British Columbia, my question is, if I move to British Columbia is it okey to keep my address as it(my friend address in Toronto)?
Because I don't want to move my case to BC and lost time, also I can't pay to the another lawyer.

Please your advice, thank you.

You have to change your address to your current it is not optional. You also have to find a lawyer in BC if you are receiving legal aid in Ontario.

Thank you, that is mean i will not accept the job.

Why is it mean? Legal aid is paid through the taxes of the provinces. If you move provinces you are paying taxes to another provinces so you must change lawyers.
