Moving...delay filing?

This may be a 'duh' question but I'm not sure so I'll ask anyway . Should we delay filing our paperwork as we are moving to the Ottawa area in March? We presently are with his parents in Quebec. As the two provinces go through different CPC locations (if I have read things correctly). I don't want to hold things up at all as I can't wait to be with my love forever.

The province in which you live doesn't affect the office to which you'll send your application, even though the process is a bit different than for residents living outside Quebec. Your entire permanent residency application goes to a different office depending on whether you are applying using the inland (Vegreville) or outland (Mississauga) process.
