Moving countries...what about our application?

Quick question! My husband and I are living in Barbados until February and planning on moving to Grand Cayman. Our application for my husbands residency is in POS, Trinidad and Tobago at the moment. He is a Jamaican national. If we move to the Cayman Islands, will POS transfer our file to Kingston or will it remain in POS? We are trying to consider if it is better to stick it out in Barbados or make the move! Any advice would be geat

It will probably remain at POS if you move.
