Moving back to the UK to wait until I receive PR - what to do regarding address?

Background:

• UK citizen married to a dual nationality Canadian/Brit
• Currently living in Calgary, Canada with my wife
• Applied for outland spousal sponsorship in September 2014. 250 days and counting since application received
• Moving back to the UK this weekend for work, sibling's wedding and wait until my COPR is issued, wife is staying in Calgary

Questions:

• I plan to inform CIC of my change of address, will this delay my application?
• I plan to submit a case specific inquiry regarding my change of address and via ECAS. In ECAS there are 2 buttons, Update this home address and Update this mailing address - should I do both?
• If I am still waiting for PR by the end of August I will probably return back to Canada, would CIC get suspicious if I change my address twice in 3 months?

It won't delay your application . You are better to change address because you will have to sign for it. I changed hubbies on line with a case specific enquiry sent to the LVO . They had his address mixed up.. What's new my file has been a screw up from the start. Its not going to look strange, better be safe that sorry . I would change it now to your U.K and a week before your return change it again.
