Hope to get some answers for our situation.. I emigrated to Canada with my family back in 1998 and became a Canadian citizen in 2002 (I was 15y.o. by that time) then my family decided to leave Canada for another job offer and since then I was permanent resident in other countries (now in Netherlands). I married to non Canadian and we have a child who became Canadian by birth (since her mother is Canadian). Now our family is planning to move to Canada. But I have absolutely no clue about how should we better start the process... The best choice for us is to get all documents for my husband before we actually move to Canada. He has a guest visa for next 10 years with a permission to stay in Canada 6 months each year, but without a work permission of course.. Is there any possibility that having a Canadian wife and a common Canadian child who also live outside Canada might help him to get a work visa easily?
