Hi,

We moved to Canada by car and my employer has withdrawn my H1B application. but forgot to withdraw my wife H4. Today we got the letter saying that her H4 has been denied. It also talks about unlawful presence, but we have already left, long back. what should we do now. Do I need to reply them back. Does this has any impact in future. Does any one face this issue.

Thanks
Vijay
