Move to another province other than LMIA job offer

Hi friends,

I have received the ITA with a LMIA offer, the offer is in Alberta and I'm currently in Canada unemployed. Will it be a problem if I move to Ontario while I am waiting for the express entry result?

2) Will your employer be willing to wait for the 6 odd months it takes for the EE process?

I am holding the open work permit. I think they have already hired someone else, but I should be able to work with the positive EE result for them.
