My file now is in local CIC, We were thinking to move to another city... Is my file move with me... How long does it take to move my file?

Yes is my file moving with me?.. CIC transfere the file to local CIC close to you live... so if you move your file move with you? no how long does it take to move the file?

File will stay in the same Oversease Visa office as u mentioned in the application while submission with CIC-M

My application is an inland spousal and my file is in local CIC ( calgary) i may move but i want to know if my file goes with me.... and how long does it take to move it?
Fernandita I understand and respect that you are hurt by being transferred without AIP to your local CIC but I do not see it being a very good or wise idea to move as to just try to rush the process. It is still going to take a good while no matter what location. Unless you have a better opportunity for work then I wouldn't move just because of this. It may only complicate things instead of make it better. Just remember that you are blessed to even be together right now. Some couples don't even receive that kind of blessing.
I do wish you and your significant other the best of luck and hope that things will work out for you. But now is the time to think rationally, not irrationally. Appreciate this time you have together and also gather more evidences. You can get through this. Keep your chin up.

It is going to take a while even if i move? mmm maybe but i dont think it will take 3 or 4 years or longer to expect to get our life that we really want... honestly we have a chance to move its the same oportunity of job but we might take it.. I have some problems at home and i really need to go home as soon as i can also to get a job and not say for my health,etc..
So yes i really appreciated this time that i have with my husband and i dont say that im not blessed but also i have to see the consecuences of this time that is lost...
I really understand the couples that withdraw that application and apply outland or the ones who move for their files... and just like them.. we have things, dreams, and goals that we want to do and we need it to do together not just one do it!!!!!!
