Mother's first name is mispelled

Hi! I am about to submit my PR application but there is clerical error on our marriage certificate. My spouse's first name was misspelled.
Kindly advise on what's the best thing to do.

Shouldn't be an issue for the app. Aside from the app, you should still get it corrected, simply so that you have a correct certificate going forward.
