Mother in Canada on TRV, how do I apply for urgent super visa?

Hello,

My mother and father came to visit my brother and I in late July, we are both PR. My father went back to Pakistan in October but my mother is still here with us and her 6 month limit is approaching for her TRV. Is there a possibility to apply for an urgent super visa for her so she doesn't have to leave the country?

Secondly , should I apply for super visa for my father and mother together as one is in Canada and other in Pakistan?

I also pplied and currently waiting for the PGP lottery draw, that shouldn't impact the super visa application right

First your mother/father cannot apply for a super visa from within or whilst in Canada and processing time currently quoted as 353 days from Pakistan

Second your mother can apply to extend stay as a visitor whilst in Canada which allows her to stay for a while and also to stay pending any decision which n itself can take a few months
