More than 30days- No GCMS notes

I have applied for GCMS notes on Nov 16 and haven't received it.. Is there any way I can contact them and ask for GCMS?

In the automatic reply mail at the bottom it has a email address you can email them, in couple of working days you will get the reason fo delay or notes.

Hope you got GCMS by now. I ordered 24 Nov and received 24 Dec. Well done I'd say.
