Sorry for spamming the forum. Loads of questions while I finalise details for the app. Hoping someone can answer the following questions for me:

- my wife has a UCI number from our previous application (which we withdrew). it doesn't ask for it on any of her forms. Should I provide CIC with it?
- All $ amounts are in AUD. Should I write AUD on the form after the $ amount?
- Should I attach a copy of our previous withdrawl letter for reference? Also include the previous payment receipt? Good/bad idea?
- Should we include a reason why we have decided to move to Calgary? most of my wife's family are in BC. We have our reasons but will CIC want an explanation?
- on form IMM 5669 - should I write "information on extra pages or is it assumed?
- On form IMM 5406 it says to write "not applicable" - I wrote N/A - is this ok?
- IMM 5406 - Q 24 and 25 about visiting each other. I ticked 'yes' for both and said that we have lived with each other for the duration of being together. should I have ticked no?

Thanks folks!

1. if she has UCI no. from previous visa app , then she can put on the form.

2. if you can present currency rate in CAD or you can write by yourself.

3. no need to attach previous withdrawal letter/ receipt etc.

4. i did ex: I wrote " it is on separate sheet of paper " on the form.

5. yes, N/A

6. I answered " no" and wrote " we never separated " on separate sheet of paper.

hope it helps

Thanks! My wife ia the sposnor. I still dont see anywhere to put her uci number.
Should i just put it on the cover sheet?

Turns out cad and aud are prqctically the aame tight now so will leave it i think.

Think I need to change the form to no then.

For.number 4. Theres no room on the form to write anything. Ill just attach it with a paperclip. Assume this will be ok.

You need to write your name and DOB, sponsor's name and DOB (and UCI because you have that info) across the top of any additional sheets of paper that you include. You should also note the form (IMM 5669) and the question(s) that this applies to...because CIC will undoubtedly separate the sheet from the form and then have no idea what it is, or who it belongs to. :)

On each additional form I've put the persons name, date of birth, form number and the question it refers to.

So I should reprint them with my wife's UCI number then?

Also, any help on the other questions I posted: Should we include a reason why we have decided to move to Calgary? most of my wife's family are in BC. We have our reasons but will CIC want an explanation?

No need to reprint with the UCI, nor explain your reasons for settling in Calgary. :)

Good luck!

Great! Saves me the hassle of reprinting all those extra forms. Cool, so I'll just include a cover sheet for the whole application and put both of our UCI numbers on that. All the other forms, I'll just keep the name, DOB, and form number on it.

Thanks!

Not sure if this was already answered. Sponsor’s UCI has to be mentioned on the form IMM1344, Q7(b) under Sponsor personal detail. PA’s UCI has to be filled in form IMM0008, Q3 under Personal details.

It does have that option yes, but when I tick the box asking for my wife's status in canada and put canadian citizen by birth, it blocks the box and doesn't let me put any information there.

She has a UCI from when we submitted the application the first time (prior to withdrawal). Should I put an extra page as a note to explain that she has one but I haven't included it in the form cos it wont let me?

In that case you can mention the UCI on the cover letter like you said above. That should do.

There is no need to mention her UCI anywhere in the application.
