Montreal travel with PR documents & leaving country from Montreal

Hi,
I would be landing in Toronto soon & apply for my PR card there.

- Can I visit Montreal with PR documents & my passport?
- Can I leave Montreal & travel international from Montreal or do I have to go back to Toronto to leave Canada?
- Is there any faster way to get the PR Card?

Yes, you just can't land in Quebec or give a Quebec address unless you have CSQ.
