Hello guys,

Does anyone has specific way to convert part time work hours into week, and also to convert months to weeks as each month is not exactly 4 weeks.

Each week you worked 30 or more hours is counted as 1 full time week.

For each week where you worked 30 hours or less, add up the hours and divide by 30.

Add these two numbers together to get the number of full time weeks. 52 full time weeks = 1 year of work experience.

I worked for 20 months as a full time employee (40 hours/week). Similarly, I worked as a part time employee (26 hours/week) for 18 months. Basically I used to receive salary on monthly basis and one month has more than 28 days (7*4 weeks) so I'm having problem to calculate exact number of weeks.
