DAETROIT RECEIVED MY PP ON DEC 24, FROM LAST TIGHT MY STATUS GOES ON DECISION MADE .WHEN I CHECKED TILL THIS MORNING MY MONEY ORDER WAS NOT YET CASHED OUT . I AM LITTLE AFRAID NOW .DOES THEY DO VISA ISSUE BEFORE MONEY ORDER CASHED OUT .ANY ONE HAS SAME EXPERIENCE ????

Don't worry. It might take a little longer than usual due to the holidays.

I think the decision has been made and they're just waiting for your payment so they can finish the last process and issue your visa to you. But no, they don't issue anything unless they cash the payment.
 
yea i guess too my x press post not yet activated till now ,may be they are waiting to get cashed out and then send pp back that what i guess.
