I am in a very confusing situation regarding Proof of Funds.
I have enough funds in my account for the past 6 months, however, the source of the funds are from refinancing of my property. Is refinancing considered as borrowing? Do I have to show statement eventhough it's been there for 6 months - but bank wouldn't want to put any information about average monthly balance.
