Well quebec Immigration, you donno how stupid you guys are

Jan 2016 , postponed to Feb , then June , that is absolutely stupid to provide only a queue solution for the 40 K that got registered

1- get rid of double a account ( by email adress,DOB,ID )
2- MAKE the queue after the login not before cos any hacker can put a thousand bots in queue
3- accept submissions that have valid ECA and Language skills (by 13 june 2016)
4- start treating submissions when payment is done.

because for now : they are queueing every connection , they are accepting submissions without checking the validity of the answers, whether i have a true or fake 49/61 score ,

i can continue .... but F*** IT , they just want it that bad

Well thats true.. slot were just 5000 n expected people were 80000... what about the people who were ready for a submission last time n just because of a rush they missed out again. Well, they did said that they'll consider the accounts that were created last time first but again, from 80,000 applicants ?
