What will we need to create an account? I mean, which documents such as IELTS results, ECA, police certificates, work experience letters? All of these or which one will we need to upload while we will be creating an account? For both of spouse and principal applicant?

You just email id and passport number for opening account. the documents you needed at the time of submitting application.

What do you will need for the submission of the application under the MON project ? I mean do you already have the IELTS score and educational qualification verified
before the submission ?
