Mon Project payment via mail (Demand Draft), still online status showing 21 days

I have send the demand draft of 773 CAD through DHL courier last week and it is received at Quebec this monday. But still my online application shows 21 days to pay the fees and status as fees pending, why is it so?could anyone know when they gonna update the online application for the candidates who send the payment via postal courier?

Is it a DD issued by a local bank in Canada or a bank outside Canada?

It might take a few working days to a maximum of 21 working days for the DD to be credited in receiver's account. Check with your local bank.
 
Once your payment is accepted your status will change to 'Waiting for Treatment' also you will receive message says your application has been opened.

You can also find your application summary in the portal.
