Mom traveling by herself using a TRV where dad was primary applicant

My parents had applied for a TRV last year, and it was approved and their passports were printed with the visas. They had applied together with my dad acting as the family representative (using form IMM5713E) for my mom.

However, my dad passed away a few months ago, and now my mom wants to visit me in Canada for a few weeks. Will this be ok, or will she get scrutinized at the border for traveling without the main applicant?

I tried searching for this on various forums, but didn't get a clear answer, and honestly I'm not even sure if this is something to worry about.
