I have applied for my Abu Dhabi police certificate through the Moi app and when I received it there is a big red stamp across it telling me to 'please refer to the UAE diplomatic missions abroad or customer happiness centres of ministry foreign affairs and international cooperation.' Do I need to apply for a new one or will this be okay? I only have a few more days to put through my application so need to get it sorted. If anyone has been through something similar, I'd love to hear from you.

Kindly approach the UAE consulate in your city or whichever other city is closer to yours. You will need to submit that document alongwith passport, for an actual PCC to be issued. There is a charge of additional AED 150 which needs to be settled then and there itself. The process only takes a couple of hours (at least for the consulate in my city) and the certificate can be collected same day.
