i sent my PP to new Delhi CIC on March 21st 2012 from Mumbai. But there was some issue in my draft because of which I received it back and finally re-sent it on June 2nd 2012. I have not heard back since and my e-cas status shows medical results received. Do you have any idea if they send the passport back by courier or registered mail? Do we have to send them a paid address slip for return shipment!? And what is the processing time these days?

Passport returns back by Speed post and we dont have to send any paid address slip.

What is an issue with your draft .. please let me know .. did you send your DD in INR or CAD

I sent the draft in INR on March 21st, 2012...but the draft was made to Canadian High Commission (Rem: Applicant Name). They didn't want the remitter's name included and so sent the draft back. I re-sent the new draft addressed to just "Canadian High Commission" on May 2nd, 2012. They once again sent it back as the landing fee had changed sometime in March and so I re-sent the new draft on June 2nd, 2012 (phew). I hope I receive the passport soon!
 
Medical received in ecas and chc demanding landing fees is a good sign, though u have send recent dd on 2nd june, so u are advised to wait for next 4-6 weeks...u shall get your PP with maple stamp on it.

my wife undergoes with re medical now my status shows medical received ..plz seniors tell me how much time it take for decision made....plz share ur experience if similar to me......
 
I sent my PP and medicals to NDVO on 20th march, which reached the VO on 21st march. But then there were some revisions in the fees, so I was asked to resubmit the BD and I sent the new BD on 3rd June (recd by VO on 5th June).

Any idea on how much longer I need to wait to see a Decision Made status on my e-cas???
